Independent Physical Education
Independent Physical Education (PE) is an opportunity for students who participate in highly competitive club and league sports to use their practice and competition time to earn a PE grade. Students must complete a minimum of 45 hours of organized sports activity per quarter, for a total of 90 hours each semester. Independent PE is pass/fail based on completion of required hours. It may be taken in 7th and/or 8th grade.
