Do you have a friend you are worried about?

Do you have something you need to talk to somebody about?

Are you a parent concerned about your student or about another student at Sossaman Middle School?

 

 

You can fill out a referral form and submit it to the Spartan Support Box in the front office, or you can fill out the following form online. The form can be found on the Counseling "home" page under the "Counseling" tab then the tab at says "request appointment".

 

The form will go to Mrs. Savais.  She will get in touch with you once received.
